The Problem

Boston's Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics (MONUM) reached out to us about how various departments in Boston City Hall can harness the positives of virtual community meetings.

The Solution

Our team discovered that the issues stemmed from rapport issues and community connection concerns. This informed the work that the next semesters team created.
